Twinkleglow is an experimental pony that actually turned out nicely.  She is made from a translucent pony.  She was re-rooted (using a technique that doesn't use knots or glue) with glow-in-the-dark saran hair.

Twinkleglow's tail is also pure glowing hair.  It's a slightly creamy white color in real life.

Her eyes were given a coat of silver glitter and glowing varnish.

Her symbols are a sparkling silver swirls with lanterns strung on them.  The glittering technique I used with her is slightly different than the normal one I use.  The symbols are more distinct, but still "flat" against her body.

The symbols are an original design, painted entirely freehanded. =)

Glowing display side.  The swirled parts actually glow pretty brightly in real life.  Her eyes don't glow that much, though.  They did glow a lot yesterday...perhaps I didn't expose her to enough light!

Mmmmm...wonderful bright glowing hair!  You need to expose her to light to "charge" the glowing areas.
