Violet Enchantress - Sculpted Custom Merpony by Aikarin


Violet Enchantress - 2007 Design & Custom by Aikarin This custom pony was in the works for a while. She is an experimental "dark merpony". She didn't turn out as expected, but I still like her! ^_^ All pics are of the same pony...just looks like a different shade of purple due to lighting & camera settings. Violet's rear legs were replaced with a merpony tail, sculpted in epoxy clay over a wire base. Her rippled tail fin uses a similar technique as seen in Baby Mosaic. The whole tail was painted in iridescent pigments and sealed. A lot of glittery embellishments were also added! ^_^	[click on picture for enlarged view - warning - huge file!]
Violet's hair is silky saran in many different shades. The base color is black, with highlights in lavender, bright green, medium green, plum, silver, and several other colors. Her hair is partially pulled back into a bun and decorated with a custom-modified silvertone hair pick with purple rhinestones.	[click on picture for enlarged view - warning - huge file!]
[click on picture for enlarged view - warning - huge file!]	Violet wears a removable beaded bracelet with dark metallic rainbow beads. Her eyes were carefully re-painted completely. They are a cool purple color with highlights. Lashes are black and she also has silver shaded violet eyeshadow.
